The standard form provides clarity on your expectations and allows us to deliver on them. Your name, job information, and essential check marks denote you have thoroughly addressed all required information and your order is complete for processing. To determine your order cut-off day, you need to know your L.E. Smith shipping day*. If you currently know your shipping day, your orders are due to us by the close of business 2 days prior.
Your scheduled shipments are illustrated in the chart below. Use 2 days prior to your typical shipping day as your rule for order submission.

*Shipping Day reflects the day the countertops leave L.E. Smith. This may vary from the day the countertops are received due to overnight runs, or home deliveries.
**This turn time assumes that your order is complete, that you are using stocked materials, and delivery is to a store. If your order requires clarification after your cutoff, we cannot guarantee shipment on your scheduled day.
In the event that you miss your order cutoff for any given week, you can expect to add 7+ days to your turn time. Contact your Client Service Specialist to calculate your expected ship date.
Example: If you are a Monday ship day, your orders are now due Thursday end of day. If you are a Tuesday ship day, your orders are now due by Friday end of day. If you are a Wednesday ship day, your orders are due Monday end of day.
