Hi! We're Client Services, and we answer your questions through the call center and our online chat.  We also enter orders and provide assistance with installation and warranty.  Whether you’re a General Contractor, Casework/Millwork Company, or a Kitchen and Bath retailer, we provide service for all of your countertop needs.

Where can I check the status of my order?

Client Services will send an order acknowledgement directly to you when we enter your order.  The order acknowledgement includes all dimensions for your top, as well as the date that your top will be delivered.  Many of our clients also utilize our Online Tracking System, and this is available with real-time updates 24/7.

When can I reach a Client Service Representative?

Will you install my countertop?

Many of our clients utilize our “measure and install” programs.  We can measure your cabinets, install your tops, and even hook up you plumbing, and tear out old tops.  Please call our Client Services Call Center for  details.

How long does it take to receive my countertop?

If you purchase a stock color top, and have your order in by your pre-scheduled cut-off, you will receive your countertop in approximately one week.  Non-stock colors and installed orders take approximately 2-3 weeks depending on availability.  Please see the grid below for examples, and as always, please check your Order Acknowledgement for your exact ship date.
