The L. E. Smith V.I.P. Program

At L. E. Smith we are constantly striving to find new ways to recognize and reward our best customers.  Beginning July 1st, 2010, we will offer and provide those customers with a rewards program designed to delight and recognize those that have continually chosen to do business with us.  The program surrounds those services that we believe our customers value most.  Those services include expedited shipping, marketing support, seasonal promotions, on-site “lunch & learns,” and personalized phone contact with our leaders.  Customers have the opportunity to achieve bronze, silver, gold, and platinum status every 90 days, simply by making L.E. Smith their chosen countertop provider.

Earning V.I.P. Status

V.I.P. status is determined by sales activity within each 90 day cycle.  Existing customers can earn and maintain their V.I.P. status by consistently choosing the L.E. Smith co. as their countertop provider on a monthly basis.  The more frequently L.E. Smith is chosen, the greater the rewards are.  V.I.P’s must re-qualify for V.I.P. status every 90 days.
