Climbing The Proverbial Ladder
Four associates found themselves one rung higher this week, as L.E. Smith promoted four associates to new and challenging roles within the organization. Amy Miller, Inside Sales Manager, transitioned to the role of Business Development Manager. Amy will oversee the daily functions and long term goals of both the Customer Service Department and the Inside Sales Team. Within the Customer Service Department, the power trio of Ashley Walz, Joyce Russell, and Susie Stantz, all Client Service Specialists were given promotions. Ashley Walz will take on the added responsibility of overseeing all warranty issues for the organization. Joyce Russell will spearhead and manage the home services segment, and Susie Stantz will utilize her charm while supervising the production related issues within client services. Each of these women were given the opportunity to rise beyond the duties of their current roles, to grow personally, and to help L.E. Smith continue the climb to the top of the countertop manufacturing marketplace.
