Empower your people
We recently put a bonus program in place that encourages our associates to identify “waste” within our business. We asked them to come up with solutions or better ways to perform their daily tasks. Within the first 45 days, we had 5 ideas that we implemented! Not only does the associate earn a bonus, but the company continues to improve. Isn’t this what’s it’s all about? We should always challenge ourselves personally and professionally to get better each and every day. Encourage your team to ask questions and search for better ways to accomplish your goals.
